Mountain Challenge, Scotland, England and Wales, May 2016

image1Anna’s fellow linguist at Bristol, Laura Martin-Prud’homme, together with her friend Hannah Cobbold, have pulled off an incredible feat, the Three Peaks Challenge.  This involved climbing the three highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales in only 24 hours.  On each summit, they left a pebble inscribed with Anna’s name.  The girls raised an impressive £2,500, well above their target, which will pay for an entire year’s education for 25 children.  Our congratulations and thanks to Laura and Hannah for this fantastic contribution to ACT.
